This training is for existing active volunteers with the Medicare Counseling program to prepare for the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). We will discuss any changes counselors need to be aware of and go over the process of documentation of plan comparisons. There will also be time to address any questions.
The training will be held at GNRC's office on October 6, 2025, from 9:00am to 1:00pm. We will provide lunch. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.
We recommend you bring your laptop to the training.
