GNRC will have a booth at the Nashville Sounds Baseball Game on Friday, April 28. We have 4 tickets available and can alternate between staffing the booth and sharing about GNRC programming and watching the game.
We will provide all marketing materials etc.
The Sounds Stadium has a clear bag policy - meaning all personal items must be brought in a clear bag.
Entry
Charity of the Game groups are to enter through the Employee Entry Gate. Please arrive between 5:30 and 5:40 pm. The Entry Gate is located near the corner of Rep. John Lewis Way (formerly 5th Ave North) and Junior Gilliam Way. It is on the same street as the Box Office, but on the opposite end of the street. Gates open to the public at 6:00 pm.
Security Measures
All guests (fans, vendors, employees, etc.) will be subject to metal detectors and bag search for entry into the ballpark. This will include the search of all promotional materials and/or items. For more information regarding our new security policies, please visit the Metal Detector FAQ under the First Horizon Park tab located on our website.
All table vendors must enter the ballpark with their Sounds representative. Plan for additional time as our new security measures may add to the entry process.
