Description

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee (BBBSMT) is dedicated to ensuring all youth achieve their full potential through one-to-one mentoring relationships. Mentorship changes lives on both sides of the relationship, helping youth build confidence, succeed academically, and envision new possibilities. Help prepare young adults for college and careers in this program that focuses on transitional periods.

The Big Futures program includes two primary opportunities, E-Mentoring for high school students and the College Advancement Program (CAP) for college students. You'll help them develop personal, academic, and career skills, as well as essential life-skills and financial literacy guidance. This model is designed for flexibility, often utilizing hybrid or virtual check-ins.

  • Ages of Littles: Ages 16–22.
  • E-Mentoring Focus (High School): Help high school students develop personal, academic, and career skills.
  • CAP Focus (College): Prepare students to persist & succeed in their college journey.
