Last Friday, GNRC held a virtual volunteer appreciation event to honor all of our wonderful volunteers for their dedication and service. Mayor Paige Brown gave opening remarks and expressed her gratitude for their contributions, and Executive Director, Michael Skipper discussed the importance of volunteerism and the tremendous impact it has in the Middle Tennessee area.

Thank you to all who were able to celebrate volunteerism with us on Friday! It was a lot of fun to share the impact our volunteers have made in 2020 and honor some outstanding volunteers with awards! We are truly grateful for the contributions made by our volunteers in making Middle Tennessee a better place to live. THANK YOU!!

Let's stay connected! We encourage you to follow us on social media @theGNRC. Make sure to like and share anything you are interested in so more people can learn about the work we do and participate in volunteer opportunities.

We also have a wonderful video we encourage you to share with anyone who may be interested in volunteering. A special thanks to Shannon Lewallen, Michael Gill, Nancy Parker, Kathy Ramsay, Bre Maddox, Lielani Charley and Martha Koger for making this video possible. If you'd like to share the video with others, you can find it here: Volunteering Matters Video

Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers! Without your support we would not be able to make such a huge impact in our communities. We look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together in 2021!
